All those who would like to participate in the preliminary stage from San Sepolcro to Città di Castello, please arrive in Città di Castello by Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the latest.

Overnight stays
The organiser provides all participants with accommodation (including sanitary facilities) in the local reception facilities. For this you will need your own sleeping mat and sleeping bags. It is planned that the cars/caravans will always be where we will have dinner and stay overnight. So it is possible to spend the night in your own caravan or tent.
For those who prefer other private accommodation (hotel, B&B, farms, etc.), a common area is always provided as a meeting place.
Meals
The shared dinners at the local accommodations are a culinary journey through the provinces of Umbria and Lazio. The meals are prepared using high-quality, predominantly organic, regional produce. You are responsible for your own breakfast and lunch/snack.
Our trip along the Tiber River is a commitment to environmental protection. Plastic is discouraged and disposable tableware is not permitted. Therefore, please use your own dishes and cutlery and bring a thermos for drinks if needed. A small camping stove for making coffee or espresso in the morning is also recommended. A set (plate, glass, cutlery) can be purchased from the organizer for €10 upon prior request.
Sports activities
The International Tiber River Tour can be completed by canoe, kayak, SUP, inflatable boat or on foot. During the tour, you can switch between different sports. After a stage it is possible to undertake independent cycling tours, runs, or organize sightseeing excursions.
Cultural activities
The organizer of the Tiber cruise arranges several guided tours to historical and natural sites. Entrance fees for these tours are not included in the tour price.
Rental equipment
It is recommended that you participate with your own equipment. However, should you require rental equipment, the organizer provides a platform where you can find suitable material and equipment.
Under "External Links" you will find a selection of rental equipment. Once you have found a suitable item, select the corresponding image, and you will find a description of the equipment, the rental price, and the contact information of the owner or rental company under the "i" icon (top right).
